Hello everyone. Chuck here with a quick post. Marrok will not be making a post today because he has taken the passage "...Take up your cross..." a little to literally and is now wondering the streets of the neighborhood dragging a tree around.
But in honor of the Resurrection asked me to say a few words. It's truly humbling to think of the lengths our Great Lord went to, too show His love for us. Just think. We wanted nothing from Him, we hated Him, dishonored Him, praised other things, we even wanted to be Him. We separated ourselves from Him with OUR OWN SIN. Now the Holy Lord could not have a relationship with us. What's more is that now since we are found with sin, since we broke God law, the Lords Holiness demanded that we receive judgment for our crimes against Him. But God in His great loving kindness sent to us a propitiation, a blood sacrifice, for us. That propitiation was Jesus Christ. He was fully God and fully Man. He lived a perfect life, He succeeded where we all failed, He triumphed over temptation, He lived a sinless life while we wallowed in it. But we Hated Him for it, we mocked, we scorned, and we surged Him. We Mulled The Perfect Savior Sent To Us So Badly We Could No Longer Even Recognize Him As Human Anymore. And then we put Him to Death. Little did we know that this was all part of the plan. For In His Death He Took On ALL Our Sins AS IF THEY WHERE HIS OWN Though He Is Sinless. Why did He do that? Because in paying the prices our sinned cost He redeem us. Now anyone who repented of their sins, who turned away from that life of darkness and turned to Christ, would be saved. So now we could have a relationship with The Lord. But Christ didn't say dead, For by His own Power He raised Himself from the Dead! He is Risen!
It's just so amazing to think of how the Creator would disgrace Himself so, that He would not only be found in the likeness of His creation (who were/are enemies of Him) but would also suffer and die for such wretched creatures as us. So that He would bring His Heavenly Father Glory and so we could have a relationship With Him. We separated ourselves from God with our sin, and there was absolutely NOTHING WE COULD DO TO MAKE IT RIGHT. But Christ stepped in and paid our fine.
From Us to You We hope you all have a great weekend as we reflect and worship the Lord for His greatness. For He sent His Holy and Perfect Son to be the propitiation for our salvation.
Until Next Time, Stay True To the King!
